This small (approximately 3/4") unidentified scorpion was found on the side of a cinder hill near Flagstaff, AZ at approximately 6000 feet elevation. This is one of the few scorpions I have seen near Flagstaff in the 30 years I have been looking here. Most people would think it was too cold here for scorpions in Flagstaff. SURPRISE!
